Please carefully read this page in full
For all Large Trucks with AdBlue only, please take the following steps before sending us your ECU. No need to do step 1 on ISUZU Trucks. For all other vehicles go on from Step 2
1) Please disconnect all Sensors related to the emission control device(s) that you wish to remove and take the vehicle on a short drive around the block so as to generate all the errors codes. Then, using an OBD code reader, write down all the P codes AND THE FULL DESCRIPTION OF THESE CODES on our data sheet (downloadable below). It’s important to provide us with both the P codes and the description of the codes)
TYPICAL SENSORS TO BE REMOVED:
3x DPF EGT sensors
1x DPF Pressure sensor
1x AdBlue (DEF) (SCR) Module
1x AdBlue (DEF) (SCR) Injector
1x NOx Sensor
1x EGR Plug
2) Reconnect all sensors and clear all engine codes and reset all DPF (DPD) and AdBlue Counters.
3) When codes have been cleared, do not start the engine. Disconnect the battery negative terminal and remove the engine ECU.
4) Download, print and fill out the 2 forms (below) and include them together with the ECU you are sending to us. Package your ECU very well (double bubble wrapped) and post to us:

NB: FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS YOU MUST WRITE ON THE COURIER’S SHIPMENT INVOICE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
If the above is not written on the courier’s shipment invoice and commercial invoice, an importation charge of circa AUD$359 will be charged by Australian Customs and we will need to add this amount to your final invoice.
If your paperwork does not reflect this, we have the right to charge you the extra fee Customs charge us. By writing the above statement, you will overcome this issue and negate an extra fees. Thank you kindly.
