Research and Development has finished.  We had a great win.  Power increase, better fuel economy and less black smoke over the stock vehicle is being reported by our customers and testers.  That’s what we expected to be honest.
The EGR OFF Module electronically switches off the EGR motor valve via the factory ECU.
No tuning or calibration required, nor is there any need for a EGR Blanking Plate or drilling of the Throttle Plate and the EGR valve will still open to allow the turbo lose the excess boost pressure so to act as a Blow Off Valve, as per the factory spec.
Our Modules plug straight into the MAF Sensor near the Airbox however OUR EGR Modules do not affect Mass Air Flow and thus does not affect fuel control or fuel injection quality whatsoever.
The Module is a complete Plug n Play unit (No cutting of wires or soldering) and will never bring up any engine check lights … guaranteed.
Fitting time: 30 minutes as you need to remove the top mount intercooler.

QUESTION: if my EGR motor has failed or is bringing up codes in relation to insufficient flow e.g. P0400 will this fix the problem?
ANSWER: YES it can. our EGR modules are specifically designed to simulate the function of a normal healthy EGR operation even though they are completely unplugged, the EGR units are no longer connected to the ECU so they can be removed completely if desired and our simulator is designed to notify the ECU the EGRs are operating as per normal thus not alarming the system and throwing engine codes.
QUESTION: Does your suggested unit eliminate exhaust gases going back into the inlet manifold totally?
QUESTION:  Does the EGR Module affect fuel maps in any way?
ANSWER: No.  Fuel Maps are left alone.

I have fitted module.  Most pleased! Turbo lag reduced and modest performance gain [seat of pants dyno], all as stated in the product description.
Will get the DPF delete pipe when funds allow.
