The Chip Tuning EGR OFF Module electronically switches off the EGR motor valves via the factory ECU.
This FITS ALL PRE-DPF VEHICLES (79 SERIES AND 200 SERIES) WITH TOYOTA V8 4.5 ENGINE.
No tuning required and nor is there any need for a EGR Blanking Plate or drilling of the Throttle Plate and the EGR valve will still open to allow the turbo lose the excess boost pressure so to act as a Blow Off Valve, as per the factory spec.

QUESTION: if my EGR motor has failed or is bringing up codes in relation to insufficient flow e.g. P0400 will this fix the problem?
ANSWER: YES it can. our EGR modules are specifically designed to simulate the function of a normal healthy EGR operation even though they are completely unplugged, the EGR units are no longer connected to the ECU so they can be removed completely if desired and our simulator is designed to notify the ECU the EGRs are operating as per normal thus not alarming the system and throwing engine codes.
QUESTION: Does your suggested unit eliminate exhaust gases going back into the inlet manifold totally?
QUESTION: Does the EGR Module affect fuel maps in any way?
ANSWER: No. Fuel Maps are left alone.
